Senior Procurement Manager（海外）

1.Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field preferred, but not required with equivalent experience.Prior experience with leading a team, preferably more than 5 years.

2.Progressive experience in materials management, purchasing, or supply chain leadership within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

3.Demonstrated ability to lead people while remaining hands‑on in day‑to‑day execution.Strong foundational knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and material flow.

4.Working knowledge of JDE (JD Edwards) ERP systems, including purchasing, inventory, and material transactions.

5.Experience working across multiple internal stakeholders and business units.Solid understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and logistics coordination.

6.Proven ability to prioritize, problem‑solve, and make decisions in a fast‑paced plant environment.APICS, CPIM, CSCP, Lean, or Six Sigma experience desired but not required.Experience with ERP/MRP systems in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
