Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field

5–7 years of experience in an HR management role, including direct work with unions and collective agreements (preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments)

Strong knowledge oflabour law, collective union agreements, and negotiation processes

Fluent in  English, both written and spoken

Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital HR systems and tools

Proactive and structured, with the ability to navigate a complex, operational environment

Strong communicator and relationship-builder with a pragmatic, people-focused approach

Motivated by creating a positive and high-performance culture

High integrity and sound judgement, with respect for confidentiality

Curious and adaptable, with a desire to continuously improve ways of working
