Country Manager-Kuala Lumpur or Bangok

1. Over 7 years of experience in sales and customer management, with a preference for backgrounds in internet companies, B2B, foreign trade, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).

2. Experience in managing channel sales, direct sales, and service teams, including team structure, process design, and commission setting.

3. Ability to manage company financial P&L, annual performance planning, and strategic management.

4. Strong data analysis skills, able to gain insights into merchant needs through data collection and analysis, and continuously optimize sales and service processes.

5. Excellent communication in English and resource integration skills.

6. Ability to establish and manage third-party service rules.

7. Willingness to travel frequently or accept long-term assignments.
