2. Experience in managing channel sales, direct sales, and service teams, including team structure, process design, and commission setting.

3. Ability to manage company financial P&L, annual performance planning, and strategic management.

4. Strong data analysis skills, able to gain insights into merchant needs through data collection and analysis, and continuously optimize sales and service processes.

5. Excellent communication in English and resource integration skills.
