Manufacturing Manager

Master's degree or higher in a technical discipline (Physics, Material Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or relative discipline form an accredited institution.

Supervisory/Management experience in a manufacturing/production environment in a private, public, government or military environment

Results oriented and strong execution skills with demonstrated track record within operational performance metrics (EHS, Quality, Service, Growth, and Cost)

Strong team skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional matrix organization

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt experience
