1. At least 3 years of work experience in PV industry.

2. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders.

3. Strong interpersonal skills, able to influence peers and interact with the rest of the team.

4. Solid experience with MS Office and CRM.

5. Excellent analytical, listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities

6. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

7. Fluent in English, any other North European language will be considered an advantage.

8. Results-oriented and customer-oriented with a hunting attitude.

9. Willingness to travel frequently (50% of the time or more).
