Requirements: University (Degree) in Business, Engineering or Science disciplines, Chemical is preferred; Minimum 8 years of relevant sales experience, ideally in the area of products/technologies/markets, relevant to the Flame Retardant industry/segment; Ability to establish (new) relationship at principal's mid-level management; Proven effective communication competencies; Adept at negotiation and customer service; Work well within the team structure; Good presentation skills; Thorough understanding of the relevant industry is essential; Experience in multi-cultural environments; Excellent command of both oral and written local language and English are required; Good command of both oral and written additional language is beneficial; Willingness to travel up to 80%.
