1、5 years of working experience or above, with electronical、auto and semi-conduct industry background in manufacturing (assembly/injection/machining)/program management, at least 2 years sales related.

2、Thorough knowledge of AIAG APQP procedures, quality engineering, supplier management, blue print reading, advanced measuring techniques

3、Strong communication and negotiation skills in written and verbal，Good customer awareness，Good communication skills and active team player

4、Conflict management skills : ability to prevent and solve conflicts
