Project Management

· Responsible for driving the completion of key projects ensuring that processes run smoothly, products are delivered on time and that the team’s overall resources are used effectively and within budget.

· Set the scope, budget and cost baselines of the project and establish the project plan

· Mark projects milestones and understand the critical path.

· Monitor progress and performance against the project baseline

· Evaluate and authorise changes that significantly impact the scope, budget, or timeline of a project.

· Create and execute quality control plan.

· Apply comprehensive technical knowledge and management experience to identify potential risks and establish plan to mitigate those risks while managing cost implications, time constraints, and customer quality standards.

· Ensure that Omya specifications, group recommendations and regional requirements and regulations are implemented as defined in the project plan.

Education

(degree / diploma)· Tertiary education (Bachelor or Master’s degree of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering)

Experience

(number of years)· 4 to 10 years of prior relevant experience and/or sufficient project management experience, including in project execution in similar industries or with heavy mechanical processes.

· Experience in making proposals in various industries such as Calcium Carbonate, Cement, Paper and any other Process industry
