Automation Engineer 

· Responsibility:

· Automation Engineering:

· Take responsibility for design, specification, procurement, installation, commissioning and maintenance of assigned electrical systems.

· Design automation installation according to process definition and company standards.

· Design automation architecture for new projects.

· Prepare budgets for electrical parts of new projects.

· Supervise and follow-up detailed engineering and construction.

· Prepare Automation specification.

· Keep updated on innovation and novelties in the automation field.

· Identify improvement opportunities within the department and promote a continuous improvement strategy to capitalize on these ideas.

· Ensure compliance with health & safety and environmental regulations and considerations

· Coordinate and execute FAT (Factory Acceptance test) together with Electrical & Process

· Prepare the critical spare part list

· Be in charge of the as built documentation

· Audit to the plants concerning the Automation and safety aspects
