Project Manager

Responsibility:

· Manage industrial capital projects from feasibility to commissioning and hand-over to operations.

· Oversee all the project lifecycle steps such as basic and detailed engineering (civil, process, mechanical, electrical & automation), purchasing, construction, installation and commissioning.

· Lead the project team in compliance with the Group Project Management system, relevant Policies and company’s Values.

· In charge to deliver the project according to the Quality, Cost and Time project baselines.

· Responsible for driving the completion of key projects ensuring that processes run smoothly, products are delivered on time and that the team’s overall resources are used effectively and within budget.

· Set the scope, budget and cost baselines of the project and establish the project plan

· Mark projects miestones and understand the critical path.

· Monitor progress and performance against the project baseline.

· Evaluate and authorise changes that significantly impact the scope, budget, or timeline of a project.
